Singapore Visitor Centre

There are altogether three Singapore visitor centres in the airport located at the arrival hall level of terminal 1, 2 and 3. Their operating hours are from 6.00a.m. to 2.00 am daily.

6.00a.m to 2.00 a.m. daily

Chingi Airport Station.

What can the visitor Centre at Changi Airport help you?
The friendly officers there will be able to answer you any tourist enquiries, help you to do Hotel reservations, Booking for Tours and sale of Attraction Tickets. Beside that they also provide additional services like:

Free Shuttle to Town
Transit passengers who have at least 6 hours to spare, can get information from the visitor centre at Chanig Airport to hop onto the Free City Shuttle to town (scheduled at regular intervals). You either choose to join the discover Singapore’s ethnic heritage at Little India or shopping at Suntec City and Bugis street.

Free Singapore Tour
Transit passengers who have at least 5 hours to spare can choose to join the free two hours city tours: Colonial Tour or Culture Tour.

Taxi Tourist Guide
You can booked a Taxi tour guide if you wished to have a more personal service. All the Taxi tour guide has been trained and licensed to be both a taxi drive and tour guide. They will introduce you to places that Tourist must see and Tourist must eat places or if you have any places that you wish to go can also asked them to bring you there. Please enquire about the charges at the Visitor Centre.

There is another Visitor Centre right at the central of the Orchard shopping area. Near to Orchard MRT. You will answer to any of your enquiries, do hotel reservations, booking for tours and sale attraction tickets.
